Country music lovers were understandably eager to see a live concert by country music star, Luke Bryan. The Sunday night concert turned into the scene for a deadly accident, however. An SUV allegedly crashed into two motorcycles outside of a New York state park. One of the motorcyclists has died as a result of the auto accident and two others have been injured.

According to authorities, the crash took place at approximately 10:30 p.m on Sunday night. The driver of an SUV crashed into two motorcycle riders at an intersection close to a state park while the concert was letting out. One of the motorcyclists and a passenger sustained injuries and were transported to a hospital for medical treatment.

The driver of the SUV also sustained injuries. The exact details of their conditions have not been released at this time. The other motorcyclist tragically died as a result of the accident. No citations have been reported in this incident as of yet.

Relatives are likely grieving and a fatal auto accident can have detrimental effects on surviving family members and loved ones. The injured victims may be entitled to file personal injury lawsuits against the driver of the SUV to recover financial compensation stemming from their injuries and possible financial loss. The surviving family likewise retains the right to pursue a wrongful death claim on behalf of the deceased. In regard to this case, the civil court system in New York may award monetary damages if evidence proves the other driver responsible or a contributing factor to the death or injuries that occurred.
